However, the variety of descriptions gives a better understanding of what truly is modernism. The reflection of world war 1 that is used to contradict the nature part of O Sweet Spontaneous is a good comparison of why E.E. Cummins may have wrote the poem. Also, the two major points used to compare the poem and modernism are good and well explained ideas, but they are both pretty general, which may be better supported by an added idea on the meaning of the poem.

\nOne thing I learned about E.E. Cummins was the fact he brought down capitalism and power through lower casing all letters that are upper cased in the usual situation. It was interesting to learn that.","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[],"more":0}]},{"id":"23915129","dateCreated":"1273440608","smartDate":"May 9, 2010","userCreated":{"username":"s.feagans2","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/s.feagans2","imageUrl":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"},"monitored":false,"locked":false,"links":{"self":"https:\/\/pphsenglish332.wikispaces.com\/share\/view\/23915129"},"dateDigested":1532172588,"startDate":null,"sharedType":"discussion","title":"comment","description":"This essay had a lot of information about the characteristics of Modernism in it and it was very informative.
